Guest can park on the first level of the (Public) parking garage or the second level (Owner Parking). A code will be provided with the door access code email. The parking garage has handicap ramps and elevator service to the 4th floor of the condo.

Great place for a quick trip. Space is accommodating for two any more would be too crowded. Josh is a generous host. He provides plenty of towels, tram passes, chairs,cooler and access to pools and gym. The only drawback back to the kitchenette there...
This place was perfect for me and my wife! Great location, easy access and the most important thing- it was clean! We travel to the beach multiple times a year and this is the cleanest place we have stayed at! We will definitely be staying again!
Our first trip to the panhandle and we are hooked! Josh’s place was more beautiful than the pictures! Beautiful resort with delicious restaurants- loved the noodles and sushi spot, Slick Lips, gelato and restaurant on pier. Enjoyed fireworks Friday...
